Mallory Smith was selected to be a member of Senator Boozman’s Congressional Youth Cabinet for the 2025-2026 school year. Her team worked throughout the year preparing a presentation about AI and how it is affecting society. They made their final presentations at the State Capitol last week and did an amazing job!

Her position on the team consisted of research and data collection, along with presenting. Her areas of research were on job displacement due to AI technology, and the effects of AI on education.

Mallory will continue her work this summer in the Model House of Representatives for Arkansas.

We are excited for this annual tradition! High school students will turn admission fees in during first period. Elementary students have turned in concession money to their teachers earlier this week.

C.J. Parks and welding instructor Randy Carr visit with Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Education Secretary Jacob Oliva at the SkillsUSA competition in Hot Springs. CJ finished in the Top 3 nationally and narrowly missed representing the United States in WorldSkills competition after last year's competition. Mr. Carr has developed several state champion welders and four who competed at the national level.

Mrs. Danielle's Super Stars are headed to the zoo. Hopefully, they don't keep anyone! #UnlockingGreatness

Fifth Grade students are learning about how industry affects Earth’s systems. As a part of this unit, they are mining chocolate chips out of cookies and comparing loss versus gain.
