Miss Jessie's 3rd grade science class took advantage of the beautiful weather this week while identifying patterns of weather from charts!

Let's Go Eagles!!💚🤍🦅⚾️

The annual Greers Ferry Fishing Derby for kids 4 and up will be held from 9 am to noon Sat 4/5.

The Eagles were cookin' on Wednesday, as the Super Smash Bros. team of Stevi Oplinger, Tadeo Hernandez and Ramon Hernandez defeated Gravette, 3-1. eSports is back in action on Thursday, with the Mario Kart team facing Walnut Ridge and the Fortnite Duo battling Eufaula (Okla.).

Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Jan’s 9th grade physical science students ran a speed lab this week while practicing converting metric and English units. They are preparing for the math skills they will need for the rocket launches.

The Elementary Art Club is finishing up their two-color block prints. They create the print by carving their image onto a rubber block and then transferring it to paper like a stamp. For their second color, they cut away everything they want to keep the first color and print the block again. Way to go!

Mrs. Rose and Mrs Jan took 8th grade science students on a fossil dig to end their geologic time unit. Each fossil will be identified by type and geologic era/period based on what the students have learned.

Make plans for Saturday to send off our Lady Eagles as they head to Hot Springs to play for the 1A State Championship!! 💚🤍🦅🏀

Friday's previously Varsity-Junior Varsity doubleheader baseball game vs. Viola will now be played at 4 pm Thu 3/13. Varsity and Junior Varsity will be playing.

Mrs. Barger's FCS students are using the aprons they made during a cooking lab.
