Welder Payton Dean and the Welding Fabrication team of Tristen Cottrell, Dillon Perkins, and David Maxey will be welding today in Louisville, Ky., at the National Leadership and Skills Conference.

West Side Elementary School is proud to officially announce that we now offer an early childhood program for three and four year old children!
We have 20 ABC Grant funded no-fee openings and 10 private pay openings ($70 a week per child).
Children must be three or four years old by August 1, 2017 in order to be eligible to apply for participation in the early childhood program. Four year old children will be given priority in the ABC Grant funded no-fee openings.
Registration for all openings will be held on Thursday, July 6 from 5:00-6:00 pm in the school cafeteria. The doors will open at 5:00 pm. Application packets will be available beginning Monday, June 12, from the WSE office. If you have questions, the elementary phone number is 501.825.7744.

1. Make-up testing for students who, with prior approval, have scheduled to test at an appointed time. Buses will run at 12:00.

1. Semester testing day for the odd periods -- 1st, 3rd, and 7th, and the day ends at 3:05. Students who are exempt from tests during those class periods may miss part or all of the day.
