Parents, this is just a reminder to make sure your student’s shot record is up to date before the first day of school in August. Please call your local health department to see if your child needs a vaccine for school. The most common ages for new immunizations are 4 years old, 11 years old, and 16 years old. Also, if you choose to complete an immunization exemption form for your child, those must be renewed yearly through the health department. Final exemption letters are also due by the first day of school. #WatchUsSoar
