A revised academic calendar for 2020-21 will be adopted in the near future. The calendar will be shared publicly after adoption.
A few reminders to those attending Friday’s graduation, which begins at 7 p.m. …
+This event is possible because the school is following directives of the state Department of Health. Everyone's cooperation is imperative for the health of all in attendance.
+The doors of Brady-Hipp Arena will open at 6:15 p.m. An early arrival will ensure all can enter and choose a seat while following the physical distancing requirements.
+A ticket is required to attend. A face mask must be worn at all times while in the parking lot and in the Arena.
+No congregating is allowed in the parking lot or inside the building before or after the ceremony.
+Attendees must remain 6 feet from others at all times, except when seated with other members of the household.
+Household groups should stay 6 feet apart, which is two unoccupied seats or one unoccupied row. Restricted rows are marked off with yellow tape.
+Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry of the Arena, along the concourse, and in restrooms. Frequent hand washing is recommended. A limited number of courtesy face coverings will be available.
Reminder, WillSub training is tomorrow at 9:30 for those interested in being a substitute.

Parents, this is just a reminder to make sure your student’s shot record is up to date before the first day of school in August. Please call your local health department to see if your child needs a vaccine for school. The most common ages for new immunizations are 4 years old, 11 years old, and 16 years old. Also, if you choose to complete an immunization exemption form for your child, those must be renewed yearly through the health department. Final exemption letters are also due by the first day of school.
